ALL NEW Goweil G1 F125 baler Wrapper KOMBI

Goweil G1 F125 1

The latest shipment of the impressive new G1 F125 5050 Kombi baler-wrapper has arrived in New Zealand, just in time for the coming season.

As previously indicated, the new generation of the distinctive blue machine has some marked upgrades over the previous version, while still retaining the features that have made it such a respected machine by farmers and contractors alike.

Available as standard with large size 560/45-R22.5 Flotation Trac tyres (with the option of 710/35-22.5 tyres), the G-1F125 is designed to provide even weight distribution and reduce ground-loading, which is especially useful when working in soft conditions.

This new baler also comes available with ISOBUS as a standard feature. ISOBUS is an international standard system that communicates between the tractor and the implements, allowing the operators to monitor and control the machine. The interface of the Goweil system is easy-to-use and shows a wide range of information to the operator via either a 4.3” touch display or a larger 7.0” version.

The new generation balers are compatible with other ISOBUS-capable terminals and, for tractors without ISOBUS, there is an optional wiring harness for an ISOBUS-capable power supply available.

The drive system built into the baler has also been given an upgrade with larger-sized drive chains designed to boost performance, improve longevity and reduce operating costs and downtime due to maintenance.

New Infeed System

At the core of the feeding system is a new six-star rotor that offers improved capacity and volume. With a diameter of 570mm and rows of HARDOX tines that are welded into position, the rotor is designed and constructed to consistently cut swaths of feed cleanly and convey them into the bale chamber.

Installed in front of the rotor is a mechanically-powered infeed roller which pre-compresses the material and significantly increases throughput. The newly-developed starter roller housed in the bale chamber provides for optimum bale rotation and a reliable start.

The new feed system will handle feed pick-up extremely well, even if it is wet and short but, if blocking does occur, the automatic unblocking system is designed to clear the blockage and get the machine back to work right away. This occurs whether the overloading safeguard has been tripped due to a block at the rotor or it has been tripped due to too much feed accumulating at the pick-up.

The design of the new G-1F125 is markedly different in appearance, but much of this has come due to improvements in functionality, including a closed, hydraulically-folding film storage unit. The unit, which is designed to protect rolls against weather and damage, has space for 14 rolls of wrapping film and two rolls of wide film of netting.

The new Goweil G-1 F125 is now available from Webbline Agriculture and is offered in two versions – a G-1F125 baler, or a G-1F125 Kombi baler-wrapper combination.

A number of contractors from across the country have already secured some of the new stock models, and demand is expected to be high for the remaining machines.
